An architectural visualisation application for iPad and web that allowed users to explore commercial properties available for lease through interactive 3D exteriors and interiors. Users could browse units, review floor plans, images, and leasing information, share preferred properties, and book appointments with leasing agents. The platform was designed to make commercial real estate browsing more accessible, visual, and interactive across devices.
Challenge
Bring commercial real estate browsing — usually static PDFs and images — into an interactive multi-platform 3D experience that worked equally well on iPad and the web, with offline support and back-end tools for managing buildings, suites, and site data.
Solution
Led overall application design and framework development as sole programmer, UX designer, and UI scripter. Built a multi-platform front-end for iOS and web, created back-end tools for importing and managing buildings/suites/sites, designed UX schematics and UI graphics, and implemented offline property data viewing.
Outcome
Shipped as a multi-platform 3D real estate browser for iPad and web, supported by back-end tools for the Space Database team to keep listings current.
